Before founding Kruták & Partners, Tomáš was a partner at Czech and international law firms, where he participated in the implementation of key infrastructure projects, such as the award of a contract for the acquisition of the first electronic toll system in the Czech Republic, the implementation of the first PPP projects or the introduction of paid parking zones in Prague. He has collaborated on the sale and purchase of companies with a total value of tens of billions of crowns, including the privatization of companies such as Czech Telecom and Unipetrol. At present, in addition to transaction consulting, he also deals with projects in the field of modern energy and electromobility, as well as public investments in the field of municipal infrastructure. In public procurement law, he has written several professional publications, most recently a commentary on the new Public Procurement Act.
Tomáš speaks English, German and Russian. He brews homemade beer and is a devoted follower of a punk band.

Ondřej provides comprehensive services in the area of acquisition consulting, including the creation of a functional structure of the transaction, due diligence review, legal conditions of financing, implementation of the investment, setting up relations between partners and subsequent post-acquisition service. He has participated in the sale and purchase of Czech and international companies worth billions of crowns, from real estate projects and financial institutions to successful Czech start-ups, and provides tailor-made legal advice to private clients and investors. He completed a master's degree program in Prague and Vienna.
Ondřej speaks English and German. In his free time, he is happiest in the saddle of his bicycle, with his family or making cycling clothes.

Anna Šolc Samadzai
Anna has been involved in corporate law and company transformations throughout her practice. She will help you to transfer, buy or sell shares, carry out mergers and any other changes in companies as well as provide complete documentation on larger transactions. She has participated in several acquisitions with a total value of up to hundreds of millions of crowns, from the initial due diligence to the conclusion of contractual documentation. In addition, she is involved in bond issues and trademarks and to a lesser extent in other areas of intellectual property law.
Anna speaks English and with a little effort also understands spoken German. She was originally part of the Prague team but was drawn back to Moravia and returned to Brno after two years. Her favourite things are traveling, books and good food. If she weren't a lawyer, she would have a dog day-care.

Anna Šolc Samadzai
Martina focuses on corporate law and contractual obligations. Besides preparing and reviewing transaction documentation, she also assist you in the settlement of claims arising from the contracts you have concluded. Over the course of her career, she has participated in the preparation of due diligence in the acquisition of a credit union and the transfer of enterprise of a major production company. She completed study stays in Milan and Nottingham and worked for a year as an intern at the Supreme Court.
Martina speaks English, German and Italian. She is proud of her Moravian roots and prefers to spend her free time on the road or reading thrillers. She goes for walks whenever she can and would like to write a book one day.
